Jason E. Perlman is a founding member of the law firm Perlman, Bajandas, Yevoli & Albright, P.L. He is a highly experienced corporate attorney specializing in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and corporate governance. He was previously general counsel to a consumer finance company and in-house counsel to a technology accelerator and venture capital firm.
Jason has been practicing law in South Florida since 1992 and is a graduate of the University of Miami Law School in Coral Gables, Florida. Jason has been recognized as an expert in his field by the South Florida Legal Guide, as a “Top Lawyer: Mergers and Acquisitions; Finance,” and by “Best Lawyers, Mergers and Acquisitions.”
Jason is a long-standing member of the South Florida chapter of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization where he has held various leadership positions over the years.

Andrew Ryan is a serial entrepreneur with nearly two decades of success creating startups, driving business growth and developing highly profitable businesses. He has a strong record of identifying and pursuing investment opportunities and has demonstrated a consistent track record of leadership and team building.
Andrew’s first entrepreneurial venture was in the restoration and remediation industry, purchasing a SERVPRO franchise within the Fort Lauderdale Metro Market. Through hard work and collaborative management he and his team achieved year-after-year corporate recognition for performance and profitability. By optimizing processes, maximizing margins and creating client satisfaction, the Fort Lauderdale franchise became a top performer within the SERVPRO franchise system. Over the next six years, Andrew purchased and developed four additional franchise territories that he ultimately profitably sold to new operators.
Andrew is the founder of RE2 Enterprises, a company focused on investment and business opportunities within the fitness and wellness space. Past projects include Kovoh Nutrition, a U.S.-based probiotic company. Andrew also founded a health food organization that distributes healthy snacks and promotes nutrition education to schools in Michigan. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University. He is an active community volunteer and financial contributor with dedicated involvement in Key Biscayne Nature Center beach cleanup projects and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family, exercising, reading, and anything that involves being part of nature.
DOV SZAPIRO

Dov Szapiro had his early start in equity research and private equity investments and since, has had more than 20 years’ experience as a senior executive, investor, advisor and board member in companies across multiple industries and different growth phases.
He is a Co-Founder, Managing Partner & Principal of Entourage Effect Capital, and together with his two cofounders and executive team, is responsible for overseeing the investment firm’s strategic planning, governance, and day-to-day-business operations. He is also responsible for guiding the firm’s portfolio companies as they move towards exiting the portfolio.
Previously, DOV co-founded and was CEO of AFS Acceptance, a company providing auto purchase financing for consumers with limited or poor credit histories. During his 16 years at AFS, Dov managed the company through credit cycles, a successful turnaround and a complete business model transformation. In 2010, he structured a spinoff and leveraged buy-out of his two operating partners, consolidating full ownership and control. In 2015, he negotiated a sale of AFS to Credito Real SAB de CV, Mexico’s largest non-bank financial institution listed on the Mexican Stock Exchange.
Dov was also a director of business development for GovWorks, Inc., an internet start-up in the e-government sector, whose story was documented in the film Startup.com. Dov attended The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
